Content and Capable

Trying to answer the question "How do you adult?" Having recently become an adult, Sam is on a quest to find out how to actually be one. Each week, Sam asks people how they are content with their life and feel capable as a functioning adult in society.

Sam O'Brien
he/him/his

​Samuel O’Brien is a journalist, host of Content and Capable (duh) and a generally chaotic human. The eldest of 10 children (no, that isn’t a mistype) and the Movie Night Crew’s token Australian, he is fascinated by only children, confused as to why people are good at one thing as compared to ok at lots of things and doesn’t understand the concept of the word “no”. When he isn’t running around like a headless chicken, he loves playing music, eating and travelling. He is currently studying a Bachelor of Communications (Journalisim and Media & Ethics) and hopes to be a foreign correspondent someday.
